HARMAN KARDON TERRIBLE SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed in Harman Kardon. I bought a bluetooth speaker from them which has a 12 month warranty, I bought this speaker in March 2017. After 20 months the speaker stops charging, i logged a return with takealot, they took it to the supplier and bring back a speaker that charges, but never moves beyond the first charging point so the battery remains low. I then log a return again and a get a response that its outside the suppliers warranty period. THE WARRANTY IS 12 MONTHS WHICH ENDS AT THE END OF MARCH!!!. Thanks so much for such terrible service, nobody even had the decency to call me back and tell me that they won't accept the return. Not good service at all
