Excellent service

I picked up a vibration problem with my JBL extreme Bluetooth speaker after it was just outside the warranty period and decided to contact there head office to find agent for the repair within 2 hours I received email back from there Bedford view agent with details to drop item and received same day service no charge. What to thank Connoisseur for excellent product and service and special thanks to Dave who served me in very friendly professional way. Thanks guys. Ben.
