damaged JBL speakers after repairs

I have JBL onbeatrumbel speakers and the power outlet stopped working.<br> I sent it into incredible connections, from where i bought the product, and the sent it to JBL for repairs.<br> Firstly they said i'll wait 2 working day weeks for the product to be repaired and i only received it about a month later.<br> When i received my repaired product, the speakers and a scratch on the front metal grid of the speaker the top of the speaker and on the bottom, which are easily visable to the eye. The sticker at the back of the speaker was so unprofessionally put back on that it looks like a two year old stuck it back on.<br> <br> I have sent numerous complaints to JBL america but haven't had one response back.<br> This is pathetic !!!
