Non payment of rental

WARNING TO ALL - STAY AWAY FROM JBE PROPERTY!!!<br> <br> Still waiting for payment - This is unacceptable. The tenant gives proof of payment every first day of the month but I have to fight and argue with them to get the payment. This is not how a business is to be run. It is 15-09-2015 and was suppose to get paid by 07-09-2015. Every month I have to fight to get the payment.<br> <br> Don't let them get you tenants as you will have lots of hassles getting your rental.
