Late rental payments, you have to fight them topay

I've had tenants from jbe properties since May 2015, they paid the first monthly rental fee on the 7th of May. Since then every month after <br> the 7th (day of rental fee payment) I've had to fight them , threaten to kickout the tenants then JBE would only payment me after the 22nd. jeb properties<br> would come up with stories that the tenant did not pay, even when I've received a copy of proof of payment from the tenant. <br> The worst things is that the agents keep referring to their \principal"Joseph Eguale that he is the one who instructs them to make any payment"
