Is JBE Proterties a ****?

The principal of JBE Properties are not allowed to be reached by any body that has got a complaint or query. Is this normal for an 'agency' ?<br> We paid a R7000-00 deposit for a rental property that was cancelled by the owners of the property, and they do not want to pay it back to us. This is almost 3 weeks in progress now.<br> I saw on Hello Peter that there are SEVERAL complaints about the same Property Agency...??<br> Please do your homework before using them, or even contacting them. It can save you allot of headaches and money.<br>
