Very disappointing! thumbs down, unlike!

<p>I am very disappointed with the service I received from JBC roof cover. From senior management ignoring me as a paying customer and refusing to answer questions I post to them, taking away my right as a consumer to ask questions, to "hidden T&C's" or rather in my oppinion, "made up T&C's" to suit them best, to them not doing a proper job and providing a poor quality service / product. If I knew that this is the calibre of this company, I would have never trusted them to provide me with a service. I will never ever make use of their service ever again as I am of the opinion that they have total disrespect for me as a customer and do not provide a top standard service / product. I changed my provider to Universal Roofing who is much more effiecient, reliable, professional and provides a top standard service / product. JBC, it is a definite thumbs down to you from my side! </p>
