Never trust JBC Roof Cover

This complaint comes from desperation of dealing with JBC ROOF COVER, a waterproof company that does not deal adequately with their inferior workmanship. I've been very accommodating and always gave them the opportunity do what is required to fix their issues properly. From the beginning I've had issues with JBC Roof Cover and it still continues after 13 months since installation. After numerous complaints, a lot of frustrations and issue with inferior workmanship, missed appointments, lies and JBC returning to my house on several occasions to fix their inferior workmanship, it continues. Yet another problem presents itself, the roof leaks. I've always chatted to them directly about my issues but it seems that does not help.It is time that other people really know how useless JBC ROOF COVER is, how bad their service is and most importantly how inadequate and inferior their product_installation is. I have many photo's of the issues and problems I've experienced as well as many e-mails documenting my complaints, showing the frustrations, pointing out the lack of service and care for their customer and I'm willing to share these with potential JBC ROOF COVER clients. JBC IS USELESS
