Mr Deon Joubert
Communication are so bad and time frames are never kept. Small leak behind taps we waiting almost 11 months to be repaired and completed, always new dates when they will come to fix and then they don't meet there own time frames keep you hanging for weeks. If you don't phone them again they just forget about you till you contact them, then they make new promises.
