Messed Aroud

We are not too pleased with the service we received from JBC Roofing. In March 2020 we got a quote from a gentlemen who stated he was able to repair and remedy the massive leaks in our roof. Due to COVID we were then unable to accept the quote as we were struggling financially. Now in September 2020 I phoned the company to inform them we would like to accept the quote and go ahead with repairs. I was then told they just need to come through and "check a few things". We were told that the previous person has left and this was a new person. To then be told they have to replace pretty much my whole roof and that the quote is now going to be a lot more than initially quoted. I am sorry but this is unacceptable they found the opportunity to re-look and re-quote us and decided to mess us around. NOT HAPPY.
