JBC Roof Cover bad workmanship

I got this company to give me a quote in April 2019. At that point, I had three leaks in the house of which I send the person who contacted me the pictures of the lead. y request was that I need something to be done so that the leaks stop. They gave me a quote and as a layman did not think anything that they did not specify that the work that will be done will stop the leaking. They were there until November due to the fact that there was still leaking. We then went into a very dry period and there was o leaking but as soon as the rain started, the leaking was even worse than before. I phone Rudie who was the person responsible for the project and told him about the problem. He said he would come out the next day but never showed up. I phoned again but he ignored my calls. I phoned the office and asked to speak to a person in charge and a lady came to the phone and said she would send somebody out. Another guy came out and said that the work on the quote has nothing to do with the leaking and that there is a completely different problem and proceeded to give me a quito of almost the same amount as the first quote and the new quote once again made no reference to the repair of the leaking into the house. He gave a story that the water is pushing up under the buteman and that is why there is a leak and boxes need to be installed. I told him that Rudie did say they put the waterproofing all the way down in there would not be any further leaking. He phoned me to accept the quote and I told him that I have spoken to another person and what he is saying is not possible and that if Rudie knew what he was doing why did he not give me a quote for that in the first place. I told him they are just trying to get more money out of me knowing very well that the previous job was badly done. There was an area that has a 10-year guarantee and it is full of oil marks and coming loose on the edges. I phoned the woman again and she said that she will investigate further and she has till today not had the common decency to phone me back. They do not take any responsibility for any bad work they do and they are very arrogant and rude. I need them to take responsibility and correct the bad work they did
