AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
JBC Roof Cover quoted on an insurance claim. The claim was approved and the insurance company paid me the client. I contacted JBC Roof Cover to ask them to go ahead with the work quoted. They then attempted to change the quote and "did me a favour" by giving me the same price as the insurance quote but insisted on providing me with a different quote with different wording. After various complaints, it was agreed I would accept the original quote and the work would go ahead on that basis. The very next day (after supplying me with a personal quote) they tell me that they do not have capacity to do the work and they can look at doing this next year. Completely unprofessional and in my view *********!!!
We as JBC Roof Cover would like to state that we are extremely busy with the storm damages that hit the Gauteng area. We only have 20 working days left until we close for the holidays and there for we could not assist the client this year, but that we are more than willing to assist her next year when we open in January 2018. She does not want to understand that we do not have any more capacity available to assist her this year, she is being very unreasonable and escalating this to Hello Peter for a reason that we are not in control off. We always try and assist our clients to the best of our ability but in this case, we feel that the client is being difficult. We worked for this client in previous occasions, and she was more than satisfied with our workmanship in the past.
