Poor service, poor devices

I bought a new laptop for R16 000 from them 5 months ago. The computer crashed with all my info (I write books, two books info not published yet disappeared.) I requested them to fix the computer under its guarantee. They first had many excuses not to assist. On the end the drive was replaced. I asked them several times to recover my weeks and weeks of work (something that cannot be done again as I wrote form my imagination). They want me to pay to recover my info. What service is that? They only want your money, and then do not assist. I need them to pay for the recovery of my work. I expect that from them.
