Pathetic service Jbaby - Jennalee

Pity I cannot give you no stars Jennalee.. I ordered a dress from 'Jbaby' which I needed for a party. Jennalee advised me that the dress would arrive on the 08 or 09th May. I sent her a message on the 09th to inquire if it had arrived, she responded saying she was unpacking orders and would get back to me, I messaged her the next day to follow up as she never got back to me and then she asks for my details to do a refund (Tuesday, three days before my function ) as "this is not how she does business".. Following up on an order where you provided a time frame is "not how you do business", go and get some business acumen
