Incomplete tombstone

I bought a Calendar tombstone at JB Granite tombstone store in Marble Hall for R22 000 on the 30th of July 2021. Before I make a purchase I asked two ladies I found in the store that I have a cleansing ceremony on the 4th of September 2021 so can I buy a tombstone in your store and will it be finished by then, they told me yes as long if you pay 30 days before ceremony it will be done. So as time goes by I kept on doing follow ups they said our boss knows about your order don’t worry before the ceremony the tombstone will be finished and installed. On the 1st of September I went to store again because there was no any update from them. The very same ladies told me your tombstone will be delivered tomorrow on Thursday. Thursday I kept on calling and they started ignoring my calls till they close. Friday morning I called again they told me their boss said by the name of Michelle said she will call me since I wait for her call and after a while she texted me said the tombstone is not finished and it will not be delivered. I called the factory phone was answered by Charles said to me he is still checking something he will get back to me he never came back to me. Then I decided to go to the factory in Groblersdal when I got there to my surprise the tombstone was not even started on the 3rd of September on Friday, by then I invited people for unveiling, the *** was slaughtered, I paid for catering, I spent lot of money. The same day when I’m at factory they said to me there was no material and what they can do they can only do the head and it will be delivered on Saturday I must move the unveiling ceremony for afternoon. On Saturday they came at 13H00 to installed the head even now my mom’s tombstone is still unfinished and I don’t owe Michelle a cent the owner/manager of JB Granite, so I want to tell people out there if you buy tombstone at JB granite please do so at your own risk. I paid R22 000 but I’m having unfinished tombstone and I don’t even know when it will be finished.
