Inexperienced Staff

I had such high hopes for my visit to J&B The Playground Family Restaurant, anticipating a wonderful dining experience. However, my expectations were not met. Right from the start, the service fell short, lacking the fundamental elements of hospitality. The waitstaff seemed inexperienced and preoccupied with training, causing lengthy delays even for simple requests like a cold drink. On the bright side, the kids enjoyed the playground immensely. Yet, unless there's a marked improvement in their service and overall performance, I won't be returning anytime soon.
