Urban link properties Rustenburg and JB INCORPORATED - STAY AWAY!!! Urban link properties Rustenburg is the most ********* business ever. They are put together on lies. No one can be trusted, from Dina the so called head, to the agent Isabel and EVEN the ATTORNEY they work with JB INCORPORATED. They have from the start of selling our unit showed that they don't have a clue how this business work. They have cost us a month of rental income AND 4 months furthermore that they kept us on a line and as a matter of fact R750K for our unit. They just throw their hands up in the air. The so called buyer just did not move in this after the first addendum was signed by the buyer but was stating he will pay R8000 for 6 days we brought this under the attention of Isabel whom said "must have been a typing error from the lawyer" hahaha typing error from a lawyers on a legal document??? They then send a newly amended addendum that said R8000 up until registration, the purchaser/tenant did not sign this document when we got it, we signed 1st and when the day came in August for the buyer to move in they just came with lies-he has a shut down at the mine, then he is overseas, then he can't move out of his current lease agreement he has 2 months left then Dina said he has 6 months left. When we said we are wirhdrawing this whole sale it was said but the potential buyer never signed the addendum so he is not in the wrong. They should just get their stories aligned so that they know to tell the same BS and not 4 different lies. We have waited 6 months after signing the purchase agreement and the unit has never been taken over to the purchaser, they even showed us that the buyer got a preapproved loan from Absa, now after a massive fight for the copy of the agreement we found out that the date was for 30 working days starting from signing date which was 30 July 2023. They never came back with answers we had to phone them each week as well as the lawers. JOHAN spoke to us once in 6 months and that was in Jan 2024 to tell us that the buyer has put himself under dept review but that he is going to try and get a loan from standard bank now, I mean what kind of a lawyer has NOTHING between the ears to not know that if you have declared yourself insolvent you won't qualify for a loan at another bank for R800000? His PA has to do his dirty work for him, as he is always in "Rustenburg" and will phone back. His offices is in Pretoria. Johan and Dina are working together and both are *************. From the agency I can expect it but from a lawyer?? So we have waisted all these months where we could have sold our house through another agency long ago. When I emailed both numerous times saying we are cancelling, Dina said we will be sued for them and there Chommie Johan's fees. But now no one is suing the buyer very suspicious ne? I have all the proof to sue both these wanna be's and share them with anyone stupid enough to think of doing business with them. I send them an email on the 29th of January to say that we acknowledge the purchase is null and void after our attorney read the agreement and laughed and said it was null and void 4 months ago already, he is working on our case to help us take on all 3 these people, urban link, the layer Johan from JB Incorporated and the purchaser.
