Unhappy customer

On the 24th of June 2020 I went with my sisters to Nigel JB GRANITE TOMBSTONE to purchase a tombstone for my late father, when we arrive at the store we spoke to Previous one of their employees and we asked her how long will the tombstone take for it to be erected as it was an urgent matter, she called the Lady boss and her numbers are as follows ***, she confirmed with us that the tombstone will be erected on the 2nd week of July, we agreed and paid them cash an amount of R14340. July past by and no tombstone has been erected, I watsup Previous and she told me I should speak to the boss lady, I spoke to the boss lady a nd was told the factory will give me a call, the factory called me and spoke a different version of what I was told by the lady boss, they told me about lockdown issues which has nothing to do with me, when I bought the tombstone we were already on level 3 and the cemetery has already given us permission to erect. What I hate about this company is the lies they tell people, I wouldn't be so angry if I was told the truth from the beginning, they don't even communicate to their customers, when you send a watsup, they don't reply, I recently send them an email asking about the progress and no reply.

All I want is for this company to erect my late Fathers tombstone as soon as possible, is almost 2 months now and nothing is said.
