POOR SERVICE!!!

We paid for a tombstone CASH AT Marble Hall, and come day of the unveiling function no Tombstone!! this people came on the day of the function to do the work which is UNACCEPTABLE, this was suppose to have been done way before the unveiling day. When we phoned them we were taken from pillar to post!!! when we wanted the refund we were told they don't do refunds. We want to be compensated for the time and money we wasted going back and forth travelling to their offices and factories spending the extra money we dnt even have!!!! POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!
