Bad service

On 2 occasions their service sucks In 2019 I bought 2 tombstones cash and I was told delivery is in 2 weeks 2 weeks passed when I call I was told it's 30days and mind u I have already send invites for unveiling and I don't have a Tombstones, all preparations in order but no Tombstones I was instructed to pay extra so they can deliver which I did 3rd Jan 2023 I paid cash again for a Tombstone and was told same thing delivery in 2weeks After 2weeks no delivery when I called I'm told its 30days 30days passed still nothing when I called I'm being taken form pillar to post no clear answer Invitations send preparations in order but no Tombstone
