Bad service

Am highly disappointed with this company, bought a tombstone from them for my late daughter, but to my surprise it was not what i ordered after sending the factory manager aswell as sales manager several times and being assured that i will get what i ordered, been trying to address this with them but no one is giving me a way forward, after a month their sales manager decides to respond saying their headoffice will call me but to this day no one has called me
