Disastrous service JB Designs

JB designs have given poor after sales service.They manufactured a table.Within a year the marble top cracked.We we’re told the table should have had more support underneath.We arranged at our cost to collect the table to have repaired.When returned,it was worse than it was before it left.It was disastrous.We then agreed ,at our cost,to pay for replacement marble.It took 4 months for our designer to even receive a picture of the marble.In addition, they won’t collect the table to repair.Service has been appalling.When I try calling the owner,she messaged me to email.It’s totally unprofessional of them.We are an interior design company, and at the end of the day, we try and keep our client happy.And in dealing with a company that’s so bad,our job is not made easy…at all.Other people should be made aware of this.Think twice about using a company that definitely will not go the extra mile.Very sad.
