Total waste of time - at least I got my deposit back

Jan came and quoted the day after I called him to repair my kitchen cupboards. He seemed to know what he was talking about and sent a reasonable quote the same day. I paid a deposit and confirmed the date that he was going to do the repairs. Then spent a month chasing him before he agreed to repay my deposit. Total waste of time!
