Qatar shouldn't fly

Disgusting service. Jean an employee of Qatar airways on or Tambo airport denied my family boarding and cost us 3 days accomodations and meals on the airport due to lies etc. Cost my family in excess of R30000.00 and still no refund or compensation. We had to use another airline to get to our destination costing even more.
