Waiting a week for my furniture - No one can tell me when I'll get it

Jazo Van Lines collected my furniture in Johannesburg on Wednesday 26 July and informed me that it would be delivered in Cape Town by Friday 28 July. I took leave on the Friday to wait for delivery. Around 3PM after no word from Jazo Van Lines, I called their offices to enquire. The person on the other side of the phone informed me that their truck was currently busy with another delivery and that my furniture would be delivered as soon as that delivery was completed. My furniture didn't arrive on Friday or on Saturday or on Sunday and I didn't receive any feedback from JVL. Frist thing this morning I had to call Michelle from JVL to enquire where my furniture was. She seemed surprised that I hadn't received my furniture and committed to investigate and revert back to me. She never called me back and I had to phone at 08h56, 09h45, 10h03 and 11h49 to enquire on progress. It is now 14h00 and I still don't have resolution even though Michelle committed to calling me back with an update. Don't use JVL unless you want to wait a week for your furniture, receive no feedback on queries, struggle to get hold of anyone and not have any idea where your belongings are. Shocking, JVL. I wouldn't recommend your services to any friends or family. Please get my furniture to me so I don't have to spend another night on the couch.
