Jazmax worse rental agents Bully

We rented an apartment from Bully. The apartment had so many issues which we informed him of on numerous occasions. He did not give us feed back or report it to the landlord. After 3 months of have dangerous issues which included water leaking into of main boxes causes us to not have electricity to the entire 2nd bed room being damp and the unit full of mould which is endangering our health and that of our 8 month old son who developed a chest infection. We then contact his superior Shireen who advised us to move out immediately. Upon looking for a new place which was an inconvenience we then was told ww breached a contract and when my husband handed the keys over Bully got verbal abusive towards him and also charged us R400 to collect the keys. Jazmax is the worse rental agency please be advised the are just ******** that want to make a quick buck by leasing units which are not up to health stands
