Jazmax Westville excludes flood damage from advert

I scheduled a viewing in dbn a few days ago, for today and I was only called a few hours before the viewing and notified about the structural damage to the house caused by the floods.

This advert was posted last week and it made no mention of any damage whatsoever.

I had to get people from dbn to do the viewing on my behalf and it's just extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

The agent insists that there's nothing wrong with excluding this information from the advert itself and claims that the damage is only R25k on a single small wall. She also said that if it wasn't for the damage, the property would have been marketed at R350k more. How does this make any sense?
