JAZMAX ********** rental property holders

I rented a property and this company was the managing agents. I signed a one year contract and gave them ample notice of me cancelling the lease agreement. The contract was specific and highly detailed. I kept my end of the contract and upon exit they were to reimburse me my deposit. However, they did not and after my attorney contacting them and the Housing Rental Board nothing happened. it had been 6 months when the owner of the property was made aware of this issue. only then did a team leader contact me and apologised that he would pay me but half of the deposit as the agent had told me earlier on that half my deposit will be used for maintenance of the property. So they were not prepared to refund me my full deposit. They breached contract as this was not on the contract nor was I told this upon signing. Jazmax are not a reputable property rental company as they ***** from their clients. Their agent hasn't to date contacted me either. I was told to return a remote which I purchased for the property and Jazmax has not even refunded this amount. Their agent professed to be a religious man but just a lie as he is nothing but a Judas, a wolf in sheep's clothing. I am embarrassed to trusted them. I hope no other property owner uses them as this is all factual information and I have all the correspondence as well as legal documentation.
