Incompetence and unprofessional JAZMAC Property letting agency

Please do not use this agency. They are unprofessional, they secured a tenant for me in April, the tenant was coerced to pay deposit and upfront mid March. There was no proper handover. The manager Sherwin and Kabelo was away for Easter and left the tenant without electricity coupons or my contact details. Furthermore, i received rental income around the 7th of April. The tenant was dissatisfied with the way this was handled, lived off his deposit and left. I am currently still without a tenant, I was made to believe that they had another tenant secured for June but my granny cottage is still empty. Sherwin has not responded to any of my calls or messages They are *********** and unprofessional. Do not use this property letting agency. I lost 2 potential tenants from another agency by trusting in them.
