Horrible customer service

First time n last time will use them or refer them to anyone.. Looking for a place to rent. Saw a place on property 24 for the Parlock area almost a week Ago. Messaged the agent who's number is on the ad. His name is Denzil. He reads my whatsapp messages and doesn't reply. He keeps reading n no reply. I'm asking him why is he not replying he won't say anything. He only rep**** once asking for my name.. That's it. Since then no reply. Just reads messages and ignores. And this is happening for 4 days now. What nonsense and terrible service!!!!
