Excellent Service

A few months ago I dealt with an agent named Cameron from the Umhlanga Branch. I had been looking for a rental tirelessly, and was not managing to find anything. I want to mention him because I was so impressed with the service I received from him. From the start of our contact he was always pleasant and went out of his way to find me the perfect rental. He spent a lot of time showing me potential rentals and putting up with all my questions. He always contacted me back when he promised to and he always had a smile on his face. I want to make special mention of him, as I have had negative experiences with other agents from various other agencies that just never called back when promised. Some simply had the attitude that they were doing you a favour instead of a service. Sadly, I did not find my rental through Cameron, but I have the greatest respect for him and admiration in the way that he handled himself. And even when I informed him that I had found another rental elsewhere, he was so pleasant and understanding. This young man is an absolute asset to your Team! Keep up your good work Cameron! It was a pleasure dealing with you.
