Annoyed by poor service...

I am really disappointed with the poor Service I received from Jazmax Estate agent. I rented through them last year and I gave notice in December that I will be moving out month end January 2020. I moved out as discussed and inspection was conducted and the agent was satisfied with the place. Now all of a sudden when I'm supposed to get back my deposit it's a struggle. It has been 3 weeks already going on 4 weeks and I still don't have anything. I have sent numerous emails, made phone calls but all I have received are empty promises. All I want is my deposit which I do not understand why is it taking so long. This is a disgusting and poor service to customers because we rent through agencies thinking that it is safer to do so!!!
