unhappy client

've place an order on line on 17/02/2025 and paid,*** , the order was confirmed order1174 and was provided wit tracking PUDO tracking number PUDO*** advised that the order has been dispatched, but still there was no delivery, did a follow up with them the y said they will contact PUDO till today no feedback, I called PUDO to track the parcel I WAS TOLD THE REF i provided was for another client and not me and the parcel was already delivered to that client , I TRIED TO REACH OUT TO jazloop but they are not responding to my emails
