Jay's Transport

These guys are croocks. Their drivers overcharge customers. My daughters traveled fro Jhb to Howick and i was told i needed to pay R370.00 for each one. Upon boarding the bus my daughter gave the driver R740.00 and he said she must pay an extra R100, which she paid. Later when i arrived in Howick my daughter told me what had happened. I called their offices and spoke to a lady who told me about how honest the driver was. He said he'd received a R740. from my daughter which he recorded in his trip sheet but for some reason did not bother issuing out a receipt, making my claim baseless. Needless to say, i will NOT be using Jay's Transport anymore.
