Disgusting service from Jays Transport Lenasia

I recently used Jays taxi service travelling to Durban, the service was extremely terrible. Firstly our taxi was suppose to arrive at our pick up stop at 7pm and only arrived at 10pm, we had to wait out in the cold and it was not a very safe area to wait at. The drive to Durban was not a good experience. Our return to JHB was worse, as the taxi was late as usual. The traffic from Durban was a nightmare which caused a 4 - 5 hour delay on our arrival. We eventually arrived after 12am midnight and the driver refused to drop us off at our homes due to "safety of their vehicle". We were left stranded in an unsafe area and had to make arrangements for our own transport that time of the morning. I tried to speak to the owner Mrs. Jay and she advised that there's nothing she could do and we must rather go to the nearest police station. Clearly our lives were less important than their vehicle. I will never ever use their service again, I advise you not to as well......most disgusting service I have ever experienced.
