Worst experience ever!

What a horrible and unnecessarily emotionally taxing experience! Bought and paid the full price for my couch on the 25th of Jan 2024. They said lead time would be 7 days. Today is the 28th of Feb and no couch has been delivered to my door! I have to be the one to keep on calling them daily, and every day there's an excuse. This is the most pathetic level of customer service I have ever received. The last straw was when they sent me a **** The Courier Guy form as a 'receipt' with my waybill number. So they are acting as though they have sent my couch out for delivery when they haven't! At this point, I am defeated and upset!
