Trash company

I have purchased a couch and a sleigh bed last year may and even today I have not received my staff I ended up buying from somewhere else and when I contacted them wanting my money back they don’t answer my calls and they are not responding to my text , they are ****mers and I feel like if they can’t provide with the staff they should just refund my money why is it difficult to bring back my money , I guess I will meet with them in court, they are such ******* company honestly speaking 🚮🚮
