They ****med me

I made an order 3 months ago and i never received my order, they keep giving me the run around and now they ignore my messages. They also refuse to give me a refund for my order yet i never recieved. They have an active Instagram page and are still posting on it - we need to get this **** down as these are ****mers!!!!
