Poor service and extremely unprofessional

I purchased an item on 27 January 2025 and it’s still not been delivered! They are extremely unprofessional and lie about the delivery. I’ve been waiting for the past two weeks and they just keep saying tomorrow. I’m now going to involve the police and ombudsman. I’ve gone as far as asking for my refund and they insist that they will deliver! I’m sick and tired of their lies and need assistance to at least get my refund?
