Poor service

Worst customer service ever. I placed an order to be delivered on a Saturday, i had to call them late to ask if they still gonna deliver. Was told no it will be sunday, waited the whole day Sunday till I texted them then was told another story that the guy’s working on my couch are not in today they will deliver Monday.

As I’m texting i did not receive my couch and no communication. Saturday, Sunday and Monday they would send messages to say will deliver today.

If you are looking for good service, go elsewhere because this company has very poor service, no communication and unreliable
