PATHETIC SERVICE FROM JAYMARTSA

I placed an order at Jaymart in September 2022 and was promised delivery of my dining set by 15th december 2022. The date comes and goes with no delivery of my set. After numerous calls to them they make empty promises saying you will get your items on this day but it never comes.

Without notifying me prior , Isaac from Jaymart phones me on the morning of 30th December 2022 when the chairs from the dining set arrived in durban to which I had to make arrangements for transport at such short notice.

When I go to receive my order, only to find out that they sent 6 chairs without the table. The chairs are of such horrible quality they shaky and dont sit properly. When I notified him of it he tells me to buy stabilizers. A set which I paid R7500 for I dont think the customer should be spending a cent further! Ever since then I've been asking him to send me the table and they keep making promises. This company has no morals or ethics. They have no respect for their customers. They will leave you running around for the stuff that you paid for already. Please dont buy from them. It is not worth the stress they put you through!!!!!!
