Pathetic service

The most useless store that never replies to customers on their whatsapp line. I have paid for a couch and the delivery keeps getting postponed or they never reply when following up. The deposit was paid to them and now no one is coming back with feedback when the couch will be delivered. Its been over 6 weeks now with no way forward. I would never recommend anyone to buy from JayMartSA. Right now I just need my money back and they can keep their couch.
