JayMart SA is a ****

This business is a ****. Ordered one of their cheap headboards in June, never heard from them for weeks, then I asked about my delivery. They told me it will be delivered on a Monday or Tuesday. It never arrived. I asked again, was told the same thing Monday or Tuesday. Never arrived. I then asked for proof of delivery, nothing. They ignored subsequent messages and I eventually contacted them on Instagram. I was told the item was "a while back". I asked for proof and tracking info, again. I was sent a picture of a waybill taken in the driver's seat of a car. Upon checking the tracking info, the item was sent that day. A few days later the courier company calls me to collect my item. The sender sent it to their premises not my address as requested. I let JayMart know, no reply. I began sending not-so-nice messages. They rep**** asking me stop "threatening" them. I called the courier today, 4 July, to ask about the history of this parcel. JayMart appears to have written my address on the waybill AFTER I kept asking about delivery and the courier has the waybill that doesn't have my address, only theirs. SO now I have an item that I must collect that I paid for to be delivered to my door. JayMart is a ****, a con, a *****. They must be closed down & reported to the police.
