JayMart SA awful customer service and flimsy couches!

WARNING! JayMart SA is a **** – don’t waste your money. They sell FLIMSY COUCHES and their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. If you were looking for a sign or confirmation - this is it, never buy couches from JayMart SA, unless you have money to waste. I bought couches in July and the buttons were coming off in a couple of days. The couch itself broke within a month. The wooden frame splinters inside and it caves in when you sit. When you ask them to repair it, as it has only been a month since you purchased it… they will always give you a different date for pick up. They actually never show up and end up not responding to your messages and never take your calls. Very disappointing.
