I ordered a headboar...

I ordered a headboard from jaymartsa on the 8th of July I even paid for it in that day they said I will get it on the 8th of August and that never happened I called and no one answers they I sent them a dm on Instagram they said I must please give them another chance they will deliver on the 28th of August still nothing I have been calling, dming and whatsapping still no headboard and no refund either m so frustrated with this company
