Goods not delivered and very bad service

I was looking forward to buying more items at their store, however because of the extremely bad customer service , never , ever again. Ordered on the 23rd of December 2024 and I have not received my order till today -26 January 2025, it has been over a month now. They are also very rude when you follow-up with them their response is”Be patient you will receive your order” which is very disrespectful because I did not wait when making the payment. They do not even provide a specific time frame on when I can expect my order. I will like to save someone with this review , please save your money and time as they do not deliver and they don’t give updates on any delays experienced they simple don’t respect people and their money .
