I’ve placed an order of a couch on June 23rd. As of today, August 5th, I have not yet received the couch, and this delay has been quite disappointing.

Considering the extended timeframe without any updates, I regret to inform you that I would like to request a refund for my purchase. I value timely and reliable service, and unfortunately, this experience has not met my expectations.

I had chosen your store with the hope of a positive shopping experience, but I am now considering taking my money to a more reliable establishment.
