Bad customer service if not ****mers

These people treat you like you are sick in the head, I paid for 2 dining sets on the 3rd of May and till today I have not received them yet. I call them everyday and they promise to deliver the next day. Everyday same story. I have been asking for a refund for a month till now nothing and today now at 10pm they tell me they coming to deliver 2chairs, mind you I'm waiting for 8 chairs.
