Terrible customer service

Very terrible service.1 they will never deliver on the agreed time,you have to make thousands of follow ups for them to deliver.You will be lucky if they answer their phone or respond to your message.2 My order was incomplete,they delivered something way cheaper to what I paid for,it's been 2 years calling for my refund or atleast complete order.3 yes their goods are cheaper but quality is very poor,they way it is so poor it doesn't even meet the cheap prices.Very risky doing business with them,just be prepared for headaches.
