Horrible service

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The delivery of my head boards was delayed multiple times, and I had to call to get updates. Your team didn't communicate the changes, and I was left waiting. To make matters worse, you refused my request for a refund. I won't be recommending you to anyone.
